Ashley has always been an active and adventurous spirit, finding freedom and exhilaration in movement. Strength, flexibility, agility, endurance, as well as a nutritious diet, proper rest, and meditation are all aspects of fitness and well-being that Ashley values.
Ashley’s Favorite Athletic Activities:
freestyle/club dancing
(trained for 15 years in tap, jazz, pointe, cheer, Irish step, modern, hip hop)
horseback riding, running, biking, pilates, yoga, climbing, swimming, rollerblading
Ashley also has experience with whitewater rafting and jet skiing.
